Eat Regular Meals to avoid wasting money on junk food.

 

Maybe you get wrapped up in your work, or you're on the road often and you simply forget to eat meals or are too busy. This is a major contributor to eating unhealthy and expensive junk food. Plan to eat 3 meals each day, but most of all, make time for breakfast. Many people rush out the door each morning for work and by 10am they are hungry and need to stop for some food. Get up a few minutes earlier if you need to and make sure that breakfast becomes a priority.
