You might be thinking that I'm suggesting taking advantage of other people, but that's certainly not the intention. The truth is there are so many places that you may want to travel to, but it's just too expensive. Most of us have family or friends in far away places, so why not stay with them if you holiday in that area, saving on a hotel bill. Hotels are expensive and usually people are more than happy to let you stay for a short period of time. Just be respectful of their home and always take a gift as a way to say thank you.
