Quit Smoking

It's no surprise that smoking is one of the worst things that you can do for your health. It's been linked to many serious illnesses so I need not even mention that. The fact is, smoking is also very expensive as well. If you smoke one pack each day, calculate that amount x 365 and that's how much you are spending per year on your habit. For some, the cost of smoking could be as much as taking an overseas holiday, or enough to make a decent payment on your debts. Not only will you feel better, but you will save money. You may also think that it's too expensive to use patches or hypnosis to give up smoking, but the payments you make will be far less than if you continue to smoke.
